The function of the Students’ Grievances Redressal Cell at Karnataka College of Management and Science is to look into the complaints lodged by students and review their significance. The cell is also responsible for addressing matters of harassment. Any student with a genuine grievance may approach the members in person or consult the committee in charge of the Grievance Cell.
In cases where students are unwilling to appear in person, they can submit grievances in writing via the complaint/suggestion boxes installed in the Main Block and other blocks on all floors. Additionally, grievances can be sent via email to the committee at studentgrievances@kcms.edu.in.

The Grievance Cell will address complaints in the following areas:
Complaint Boxes are installed across the campus for students to anonymously submit grievances or suggestions.
Students can lodge complaints in person, via email, or through a written application submitted to the Cell Convener.
Grievances will be reviewed promptly:
Grievances unresolved at the mentor level will be forwarded to the Grievance Committee Chairperson, who will convene a meeting within two days to address the issue.
If not satisfied with the resolution, students may escalate the grievance to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Institution. The COO will review the decision and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
