KCMS offers ‘Bachelor of Business Administration’, BBA which is a 3-years undergraduate course. The course is open to students from all the three streams i.e., Science, Arts, and Commerce BBA course designed to provide a clear understanding of the business-oriented concepts. This course comes with various disciplines such as- Marketing, Human Resource, Finance, and Accounting and Aviation. The degree has a large scope in various business industries since this course has a greater impact on the growth of the business industry. BBA course also enriches the leadership and entrepreneurship quality. Department of BBA organize many programs, incorporate training and practical experience, in the form of case projects, presentations, internships, industrial visits, and interaction with experts from the industry. It gives an edge over other students due to the practical knowledge a student gets, which is a great way to have the option of excellent career growth.
Management is the benchmark in today’s commercial world. Management has developed into a distinct field of study. Managing organisations of various types necessitates the use of various tools and strategies to solve difficulties. From hospitals to hotels, spiritual centres to sports academies, non-profit organisations to event management, each organisation requires a unique approach tailored to the activities they undertake. Management has adequate instruments in its toolbox to solve the difficulties of any organisation.
Since 2010, the Department of Management has been in operation. The department had a humble beginning, just like a big river begins in a little stream. The department has risen from strength to strength throughout the years, making it one of the best management colleges in Bangalore.

Unique Features of the Course
- To impart experiential learning among the students the course provides an opportunity to undertake one month Internship Training program in Fifth Semester and also two months On the Job Training in the fields of Tourism and Hospitality and allied industries.
- To promote the Research among the young generation the course is equipped with the Dissertation project report in the Ninth Semester.
- The course was designed in such a way that it offers the courses from various disciplines like Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation, Management and Commerce subjects which perfectly makes the course as one of the Multidisciplinary course.
- To enhance the student’s language skills the course apart from the regional languages, English offers two foreign languages like French and Spanish.
- The curriculum is imparted with Study Tours in Karnataka and also at National level to get the practical knowledge about tourism destination at National and Regional Levels.
- To enhance the Computer Reservation Skills the program is equipped with Amadeus software to train the students about the reservation system.
- To promote the wellbeing, good health and experiential learning the program offers the Health and Wellness Tourism.

- The Tourism Club aims to make the students aware of Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation and other allied subjects. Opportunities available in the Industry and make them responsible travellers.
- The Tourism Club of our department is a place for anyone who can have love and interest in knowing about local, national and International beauty of tourism destinations and to share their travel experiences.
- The Tourism Club is designed in such way that the students can enhance and perform their individual talents in various activities like singing, dancing, Collage, Quiz, Destination Marketing and presentation of small videos on tourism destinations.
