KCMS offers ‘Bachelor of Business Administration’, BBA which is a 3-years undergraduate course. The course is open to students from all the three streams i.e., Science, Arts, and Commerce BBA course designed to provide a clear understanding of the business-oriented concepts. This course comes with various disciplines such as- Marketing, Human Resource, Finance, and Accounting and Aviation. The degree has a large scope in various business industries since this course has a greater impact on the growth of the business industry. BBA course also enriches the leadership and entrepreneurship quality. Department of BBA organize many programs, incorporate training and practical experience, in the form of case projects, presentations, internships, industrial visits, and interaction with experts from the industry. It gives an edge over other students due to the practical knowledge a student gets, which is a great way to have the option of excellent career growth.
Management is the benchmark in today’s commercial world. Management has developed into a distinct field of study. Managing organisations of various types necessitates the use of various tools and strategies to solve difficulties. From hospitals to hotels, spiritual centres to sports academies, non-profit organisations to event management, each organisation requires a unique approach tailored to the activities they undertake. Management has adequate instruments in its toolbox to solve the difficulties of any organisation.
Since 2010, the Department of Management has been in operation. The department had a humble beginning, just like a big river begins in a little stream. The department has risen from strength to strength throughout the years, making it one of the best management colleges in Bangalore.

Industrial visits
Industrial visits help students develop diverse interpersonal skills like communication skills, teamwork, and leadership skills. These platforms are proved to be best for BBA students allowing them to interact and develop themselves for a better future along with equipping them with important skills. HR Club
Networking activities to help students learn to develop professional contacts and develop network with working professionals and KCMS alumni which would help students in their initial years of job. Also arranging guest lectures of industrial personnel to share their work experience and industrial set-up.
Marketing Club
Marketing club helps students to understand the Market in actuality & gain an insight of marketing concepts and industry’s best practices with activities like Marrecus Line-Monthly Marketing Newsletter, Brand Crafting Competition, Ad-Mad show, Business-Plan competition and Chart Exhibitions.
